$1,900 (2008 BAH = $1974 for O-5 and BAS = $202). Though this is an older house (we've lived in other newer/bigger houses), it's the nicest location we've ever lived, and we love it. Hence, the reason for hanging onto it.

--We also have a '92 Chaparral ski boat that's for sale.  It is dry-docked at Ben's Lake marina on base, but we also have a trailer parking spot at Blue-Water Bay marina--that's more convenient, but you need a truck with a hitch to put it in and out of water there--just a thought.  Cheers, and let me know if this is at all interesting.
