On the main level you’ll find your kitchen, dining room, living room, ½ bath and coat closet. Full kitchen also includes resident favorite’s dishwasher and garbage disposal. The most striking feature on the main level is probably the amount of living space. The living room is very spacious and will accommodate most any size furniture. Off the living room you have a private deck with additional outdoor storage.
Both bedrooms are on the 2nd level. They are about the same size. The bedroom that is slightly small has a larger closet. Both bedrooms do have private baths, so great for roommates and guests.
The town home also includes full size washer/dryer. That’s included with no extra rent.
Pets are welcome. Cats OK and dogs under 15 lbs that meet breed restrictions are welcome.
